After a very pleasant slumber with dreams of gold and gems, the runaways woke up to find themselves tied to spits and surrounded by the natives of the island, all brandishing weapons. In the background some of the village elders were examining with interest the treasure they had found under the overgrown shrubbery. One of the surrounding, weaponized villagers said that they got to eat them (the runaways) when the elders said it was time to start a fire. The runaways (or should I say, captives) cowered. Some closed their tearful eyes, hoping the whole village would just go away.
Suddenly, all the villagers got quiet as they watched the elders put down the treasure and stand on a large rock that only the elders could stand on. The elders had made their decision.
1. IF THE ELDERS DECIDE THEY WILL BE COOKED, GO HERE.
2. IF THE ELDERS DECIDE THEY WILL LIVE TO BE EXECUTED, GO TO P. 24.
